Questions - answers
Why do you need a design project?
First of all, the design project is about working with space, ergonomics, and function. We explore your habits and preferences to make each process easy and convenient.
Design project is a complex documentation for convenient implementation, specifications with real materials, plumbing, appliances, furniture that can be purchased, and visualization of the desired design.
Do you need author's supervision?
During the author's supervision, we control the implementation process, visit specialized shops to check the materials (furniture).
We offer a team of professional contractors, for each stage of implementation, we agree on the delivery and receipt of materials. We keep a construction schedule in trello, showing the result of work, not a long process. We replace furniture items, if necessary. We communicate with contractors and resolve urgent, controversial issues.
Is it expensive to work with a designer?
In fact, the cost of a design project is only 5-7% of the total renovation cost, but our designers work with your space to make it not only beautiful and modern, but also to make the space comfortable and functional.
We adhere to the budget of each project, and select the filling according to it, i.e. selected materials, furniture and plumbing, we can influence the final implementation price.
The visuals are good, but where to buy all this furniture, tiles, light ..?
Every one of our visualizations includes real furniture, textiles, appliances, plumbing and decoration.
We are preparing a specification for the 'filling' with names, colors, and all necessary information so that you can easily find out where to buy it.
What would we do if I don't like the final project result?
The full design project is divided into 5 stages. We start a new stage only when we agree with you on the previous one.
We listen carefully to your wishes and constantly show the design process, so you will not be disappointed with the result, as all decisions will be justified, discussed and agreed with you.
Can you suggest a building team?
We appreciate your time and confidence, so we are going to suggest a building team and contractors during the author's supervision.
We are using Trello task manager, and you can observe all the stages and responsible contractors in real time.
Designers draw only "beautiful" pictures, and how to implement them?
From the very beginning the room measurements, we record all technical aspects (communications, electrical outlets, mines). We do not offer solutions that are impossible or difficult to implement.
The full design project has a block of drawings for all contractors. Upon completion of the working drawings, we submit the project for analysis to the implementation expert.
